Noa Klot | CEO

Noa holds vast experience in operations and HR management. Noa has directed a CV Center at two leading high tech companies and served as an in-depth interviewer for senior positions. In her previous role, Noa headed recruitment and a HR department in a large high-tech corporation- one of Israel’s market leaders, gaining business experience in working with both senior management and towards employees. Noa brings the unique combination of the tech world with the consumer and HR global view, specializing in organization process management and execution. Noa has over a decade of human resources and operation experience and brings a strong “can do” approach to 3base.

Malki Feldman | CTO

Malki joined 3Base in 2007 and has gained vast experience in software development and project management with cutting-edge technologies.
Over the years, she has been involved in architectural processes, choosing and comparing technologies, consulting, planning and project management, from the design plan to production.
Starting in 2019, she is 3base’s CTO and responsible for developing the technology strategy of the company as well as professional training, technology integration and consulting for employees and customers – in addition to managing various projects directly.
Malki specializes in open source technologies, big data, machine learning and more.

Nirit Moses | HR Manager

Nirit has over 15 years of experience in HR management and is an expert in leading cross-organizational processes, directing and developing managers. She has become an integral partner in the formulation and implementation of organizational strategy for the entire company recruitment. Nirit holds a BA in Social Sciences – Psychology and Sociology from Bar-Ilan University.
